Do I need a new SIM to use ROK Mobile?

For our Other CDMA services you will require a new SIM card, obtain one through online activation or upon activation at a ROK Mobile Authorized Dealer.

For our ROK Sprint services review the following:

  • New & Refurbished Sprint Devices should come with a SIM
  • BYOD (Sprint Device)'s should have a SIM in the device
  • BYOD (Non-Sprint Device)'s will require a new SIM
  • If you need a SIM you can obtain one from a local ROK Mobile authorized Dealer here, or contact us at 877-644-1182 to have one shipped to you
