How can I make a payment?

  • Online: You can log into your ROK Mobile account Online, here and also have the option to set up Autopay. Click here for a guide on how to.
    • Note: Your payment will be pulled approximately 3 days before the billing cycle ends. Just make sure you have a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card on file and we will handle the rest.
  • Mobile Payment
    • Pay directly through your or any phone connected to the internet by going to, enter your phone number and credit card information. Click here for a guide on how to.
  • MyROK application:
    • You can use our MyROK application available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Live Agent:
    • You can call our Customer Service line via 909-597-7300 (Our calling hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT)
