Can I change my plan to a different one?

With ROK MOile you have the freedom to change plans as much as you'd like. To change your plan, simply reach out to us at 877-644-1182 or and let us know which plan you'd like to change to. New plans will take effect on your next account renewal.

Disclaimer: You are able to upgrade/downgrade plans as often as you like within the same Network, however, you can not upgrade/downgrade between Networks. To switch networks you will have to sign up under the Network Plan of your liking.
